The onboarding had one bright spot
Having used several onboarding programs before, I was expecting something more intuitive this time, but honestly, the WFHI training felt a bit clunky in comparison. The sequence of modules was somewhat confusing and repetitive, which made it hard to stay engaged. However, I will say that the video tutorials were reasonably clear, which helped me get through the tougher parts. The interface wasn’t as user-friendly as I hoped, especially when it came to navigating the early setup steps. It took longer than I expected to understand the workflows, and some instructions seemed too generic. I found myself wishing for a more personalized approach rather than a broad, one-size-fits-all training. Despite these flaws, the material was at least relevant to remote work setups, which is what I was looking for initially. The onboarding support was available but didn’t offer much beyond basic answers, so I often had to figure things out on my own. Overall, while I appreciate the effort and the decent video explanations, the training and onboarding process felt like a step back from earlier platforms I used, and I’m not convinced it’s the best fit for all users.
