The onboarding felt mostly logical and orderly
Going through the training and onboarding sequence felt organized for the most part. The steps were arranged in a sensible order that guided me through setting up my profile, familiarizing myself with the software's features, and then practicing the important tasks like using the dialer and managing the database. It helped me build confidence steadily because I wasn’t overwhelmed with all information at once, which can sometimes happen. That said, there were moments where a pause or a recap would have been helpful before moving forward—certain technical explanations could have been simplified or better linked to practical exercises. Overall, I liked how the flow avoided jumping back and forth between confusing topics, which made it easy to keep track. The training materials were clear and well structured, even if some parts felt slightly rushed for a beginner user. Still, I believe the whole experience was positive and equipped me well enough to use the software productively going forward.
