The onboarding experience I’d share with a friend
When I first started using the training modules and onboarding, I noticed that a lot of things I had to figure out on my own. It began with the sign-up process, which was fairly smooth, but after that, I had to really dive deep into the training materials to understand how the dialer and database scripts worked together. The training explained the basics well enough, but I found myself googling additional tips to get the most out of some features. The onboarding flow guided me step by step, though occasionally I wished for more interactive demos rather than just videos. Automatic updates sometimes changed layouts slightly, so I had to adapt, but nothing too disruptive. Telephonic support was there when I needed some clarity, and they answered patiently. I’d say the whole experience was more hands-on learning than a passive one, but that suited me since I like exploring how things fit together. In short, if I were explaining this to a friend, I’d say it’s a solid program if you’re ready to put in some effort and really understand the software deeply.
