The onboarding effort was more than I imagined, but worthwhile
Initially, I expected the onboarding to be a quick task, just a few clicks and I’d be ready. However, it turned out to be more detailed and required sustained effort to actually get everything set up properly. The sequence made sense—starting with user registration, then training modules, followed by integrating the calling tools and database features—but the amount of time spent on understanding each step was greater than I thought. Compared to other software I’ve tried, this one seemed to require thorough attention early on to avoid problems later, which might feel overwhelming at first. But once I invested the time, I found that everything fit together nicely, and the automatic updates ensured my setup remained current without manual intervention. While the training and onboarding schedule demanded a good chunk of hours, it prepared me well for day-to-day use, which is a big plus. It was a decent balance between complexity and practical utility, definitely more effort than expected but justified given the product's capabilities.
