The onboarding ease took me by surprise
I had some expectations about the software and training from WorkFromHomeIndia, mostly that it would be straightforward to get started and run my remote workflows without hassle. What surprised me was how intuitive the onboarding flow actually was – I was able to set up the database feature quickly and test call functionalities right away. The dialer worked smoothly during the initial calls I made, which was good because I wanted to see if the system could handle my hours. The automatic updates also ran quietly in the background, keeping the software current without much intervention from me. That said, one minor reservation is that the sign-up and payment process took slightly longer than I anticipated; the invoicing was clear, but I expected the interface for payments to be a bit more user-friendly. Overall, the product matched my expectations closely enough to feel satisfied for a first experience, and I feel it will do the job well as I continue.
