The onboarding call was a highlight despite usual day-to-day issues
Over the course of several days, the onboarding process showed its strengths and weaknesses quite clearly. On one particular day I remember, we had a live training call that stood out as particularly effective: the trainer took real time to answer questions fully, which helped me grasp some of the tools better than I had before. That moment gave a positive impression that carried me through some otherwise routine sessions. However, there were also some less impressive parts — day to day, the software sometimes lagged unpredictably when updating the database or during calls, which wasn’t ideal for maintaining smooth workflows. The automatic updates were neat in theory but occasionally caused small hiccups in the dialing system that required a restart. The sign-up, invoicing, and payment processing were fine, occurring mostly without incident, though not particularly remarkable. The telephonic support was responsive enough but didn’t really stand out as especially helpful when more complicated issues arose. So while the one standout training interaction helped build my confidence, the consistency of the software and support left me somewhat undecided. Future improvements in daily reliability could really boost the overall onboarding experience.
