The moment when support's timing finally made sense
Starting out, I found that getting into the groove with WFHI’s support and communication was a bit of a slow process. Initially, I wasn’t sure who to contact or how long it would take to get a response, so I felt somewhat in limbo. There were moments when I thought maybe the support was just not designed for quick help, especially in early onboarding. But after several interactions, I realized that the telephonic support had fairly predictable response times and the agents were thorough, just not extremely fast. There was a moment when I understood the rhythm of the whole communication process—it clicked when I learned to anticipate a day's turnaround for certain queries. That made me a bit more patient and helped me plan my workflow accordingly. The automatic software updates were seamless and didn’t require me to reach out to support, which added to the smooth experience. What slightly frustrated me was the lack of live chat or instant messaging, as sometimes a quicker back-and-forth would have reduced waiting. But overall, once I got used to the pace, it worked well enough and definitely supported me through the initial phase.
