The moment things started to click, almost all on my own
Initially, I found myself navigating the sales and pre-purchase material with a bit of hesitation because not everything was laid out plainly. There was a steep curve where I had to figure out a lot on my own, which made me a little unsure if I was missing something important. However, once I reached the point where I could start exploring the different software features and trial versions, it all suddenly began to make sense. The onboarding flow helped, but it didn’t hold my hand through every detail, which was both a blessing and a bit of a hurdle. I appreciate that the product allows for some independence, but a few more guided steps earlier on would have made the whole setup smoother and less guesswork-heavy. Overall, I was glad to have put in that initial effort, as from then on, the platform became much more intuitive and manageable. So while the independence was empowering, a tad more clarity in the sales info would have saved me some headaches.
