Getting started with the training modules was a bit like trying to find your way through a dense neighbourhood. At first, I wasn’t quite sure how all the pieces fit together. The onboarding flow had a lot of information, and I felt like I was clicking through pages without really understanding how the software and the training synced. It took some time, maybe a couple of days, before the moment came when the dialer setup finally made sense in the larger context of workflow management. I found that the calling tools started to feel more intuitive once I associated them with the database access and the way calls were lined up automatically. I was a bit unsure if the time investment was justified initially, but once those parts connected in my mind, the training seemed well thought out. The pace of updates during onboarding also contributed to the learning curve, some features shifting slightly as I went through the process. In the end, what made it work was being patient and revisiting the training videos after trying the software hands-on for a day or two. That’s when everything really clicked and I felt confident moving forward.
