To be upfront, the onboarding training wasn’t as clear as I had hoped. At first, I felt that the course attempted to cover many features quickly, which made it hard to absorb all the details properly. It was only when I hit the segment about managing the database that things started to make some sense to me. But until that point, the explanations felt too dense and sometimes vague, which slowed my progress. Some steps were assumed familiar when in fact they weren’t obvious, leaving me unsure about next moves. One good aspect was that the training materials were accessible after the sessions, which allowed a second look, and that helped. Still, the overall flow could be better organized to avoid confusion. The dialer setup, for example, could have used more hands-on guidance to make it less puzzling at the start. So while some parts worked well, my impression remains that the clarity wasn’t consistent throughout, making it harder to get everything off the ground quickly.
