The moment things clicked wasn’t quite what I expected
When I first started with the training and onboarding through this WFHI platform, I was a bit skeptical since I had used other tools before that felt way more straightforward. But as I progressed through their modules, the moment things clicked was actually during a hands-on session of setting up the dialer and the database feature together. Unlike earlier platforms where setup was quite disjointed, here I felt the integration made a lot of sense. The onboarding flow was mostly smooth, but I did stumble a little with some navigation because the instructions weren't always clear about which button to press next. Compared to what I used previously, WFHI's training is more interactive which helped me get a real feel for the software rather than just reading manuals. Overall, I appreciate how they keep the software updated automatically, which meant I didn’t have to worry about checking versions manually. The one small gripe I have is that the initial sign-up process felt a bit more complicated than other services, with multiple steps for invoicing and payments that weren’t obvious at first. Still, once I got used to it, I found the system quite reliable for managing remote workflows.
