The moment their quick replies made me trust them
When I first looked into WFHI’s services, I was bracing myself for the usual slow back-and-forth of customer support. Because usually, with software purchases, the communication can be quite disjointed and slow. But surprisingly, from initial inquiries to sign-up and even during some tricky steps with the dialer and database setup, the team was pretty responsive. That moment when I got a prompt, clear answer about how automatic updates worked, it really clicked for me. I realized that the team was on top of things and valued user concerns. Of course, not all interactions were perfect; some calls took longer than expected and occasionally I had to nudge them for info. But compared to expectations, the responsiveness was a strong positive that boosted my confidence in using their remote workflow software. Their quick replies made a tangible difference early on, which is rarely the case with such products.
