The moment the wording finally clicked, almost

When I first got to the training and onboarding, the labels and wording felt a bit off, ya know? Like, I wasn’t always sure what 'Call Queue Overview' meant, and that made me pause a lot. But after spending a couple of days going through the materials and dashboard, the terms started making sense. It was a moment while I was setting up the database feature where everything sort of fell into place. Still, I feel some of the wording could be a bit more intuitive, especially for newbies like me who are juggling remote workflows for the first time. I’m glad the onboarding flowed smoothly otherwise, but yeah, a little clearer wording would have saved me some time. I’m circling back to the same point because it really matters — if the labels were more descriptive or aligned better with what I expected, the whole experience would have felt a lot less confusing at the start.
