The moment the training steps finally made sense

Initially, I expected the onboarding process to be more intuitive and quicker, but at first it felt a bit disorganized with some steps out of logical sequence. For example, learning to use the dialer without a fully populated database was confusing at first. However, as the training progressed, the order of the sessions improved and it became clearer how each part fit together. The hands-on approach during later phases of onboarding particularly helped the moment click for me—I realized how the database integrates with calling tools and automatic updates ensure everything stays current. Although I anticipated a smoother start, the structure eventually made sense and gave me confidence. Telephonic support was available and helped clarify tricky parts as they arose. I feel the experience was better than I expected by the end, thanks largely to the well-paced later modules that tied everything together nicely.
