The moment the training made sense
I found the onboarding process to be quite informative and laid out effectively. The training modules had a structured approach that really helped in grasping the software functions. However, I did find some of the labels used in the software a bit confusing at first; I had to spend extra time figuring out what certain terms meant. Overall, the training was beneficial and I felt more confident using the software after it clicked for me, despite the minor hiccup with the terminology.
