During the training and onboarding with WFHI, I found most of the content clear but somewhat generic

During the training and onboarding with WFHI, I found most of the content clear but somewhat generic at first, and I wasn’t entirely sure about the meaning of some labels and terms used in the software interface. The turning point for me came when we reached the section on using the dialer tool; specifically, the explanation around 'call disposition' labels suddenly clicked. Before that, I had been unsure how to categorize certain call outcomes effectively. The rest of the training was a bit of a blur, with information flowing quickly without concrete examples for some features like the database management. While I appreciate that the training moved along at a reasonable pace, I think it would help if more real-world scenarios were included to clarify the terminology right from the start. The sign-up and access setup was straightforward though. So, I ended up with a positive overall impression, but with a feeling that the wording in some places could be more intuitive to help new users absorb complex features earlier.
