When I first started with the WFHI training and onboarding, I was a bit unsure about some of the terminology used in the software. The wording seemed a little complicated at first, and some labels didn’t quite connect with what I was expecting. It felt like I had to guess what certain parts meant instead of being guided clearly. However, after going through a few modules and spending a bit more time navigating the interface, the labels finally clicked for me. The dialer tool was relatively straightforward, and the database feature became more intuitive once I understood how the steps linked together. Onboarding itself was not perfect but manageable, and the automatic updates did help keep me in the loop with any changes. Although I would have appreciated clearer wording from the start, I found that with a bit of patience, the training material did convey what was needed. I believe that other users might hit a similar snag early on. The sign-up and invoicing were easy enough, but the training needed to catch up in terms of clarity. Overall, it was a mixed experience because some parts worked well while others took some time to get used to, so I remain somewhat neutral about the process.
