The moment the training finally started to click
When I first began the onboarding and training, I felt quite unsure about many features of the software and whether I could manage the workflow independently. The training was thorough but not always engaging, so I found myself rewatching some parts to make sense of the calling tools and database integration. Around the third module, the moment it clicked was subtle but clear: I understood how automatic updates would improve efficiency and how to navigate the dashboard smoothly. That gave me a quiet confidence that maybe I could handle this without constant troubleshooting. However, I wouldn’t say I felt fully confident just yet; it’s more like I’ve stopped doubting if I’ll ever get there. Sign-up and invoicing had been easy, which relieved some pressure during learning. Support felt like it was available if I needed it, but I haven’t really had to use it much after the training. Overall, the experience was good enough to keep me moving forward steadily, but I expect I might want a refresher or a quick call if I hit any bumps later on.
