The moment the training clicked really stood out
I have used other remote workflow software before, but what impressed me about this training was one particular moment when everything suddenly made sense. While the training was mostly a series of modules without much interactivity, I recall clearly how the explanation about the integration of the dialer with the database brought the whole concept into focus. Up to that point, I had been vaguely following directions but felt unsure about how the pieces fit together. That moment helped me understand the workflow as a coherent system rather than isolated parts. The rest of the training was fairly standard and sometimes felt a bit dry, but that one insight made a huge difference in how I used the software later on. The onboarding was smooth with straightforward steps, and automatic updates kept improving the features as I used them. Overall, I'd say that this moment deserves special mention because it transformed my experience from confusion to confidence.
