The moment the training almost made sense
I wasn’t sure at the start whether the day-to-day training would be helpful beyond just the initial introduction. At first, it seemed like there was too much to take in without enough detailed guidance. I struggled to connect certain steps in the onboarding flow to the actual use cases I had in mind. However, after a couple of days, I found a moment where the overall process became clearer; it involved working directly with the calling tools alongside the database feature which helped me see how things fit together. Although the training wasn’t consistently detailed, this revelation helped me push through the remaining sessions. The automatic updates sometimes caused small interface changes that took a bit of adjusting, which was slightly distracting but not a major issue. Payment and invoicing worked as expected without complications, which was one less thing to worry about. Support was generally available but not always very proactive. In retrospect, the training could have been structured better to prevent some confusion early on. Still, that particular moment when things clicked kept me engaged enough to continue using the software regularly.
