The moment the sales pitch clicked, or maybe didn’t
I've encountered quite a few remote workflow solutions over the years, and this one had its ups and downs. Initially, the sign-up and the information I received reminded me a lot of platforms I've tried before, which was both comforting and a bit dull. The pre-purchase info was clear enough to set expectations, but after diving into the software, I noticed some differences that I didn't exactly foresee. The calling tools and dialer promised streamlined action, but in actual use, they felt a bit clunky compared to what I was used to before. On the other hand, the database setup was straightforward and integrated relatively well with my existing workflows. It was helpful to see that automatic updates rolled out without disrupting my ongoing work. The invoicing process was easy to follow, although I had that weary feeling after explaining my requirements multiple times to different people. Overall, it took me a while to trust the platform fully because it wasn't always clear which parts would outperform my prior tools and which parts might lag. That realization—the mixed effectiveness moment—hit me around the second week of usage.
