The moment the onboarding clicked and also slipped
At first, the onboarding process seemed straightforward, but I quickly realized I had to figure out quite a bit on my own, especially in navigating the database features and configuring the dialer settings. The training videos were helpful to some extent but didn’t cover all the details I needed for my workflow. However, once I figured out the calling tools' nuances after a couple of days, I felt it had real potential to streamline remote communication. The automatic updates did improve the interface, which was a pleasant surprise. Still, I wish the support had been a bit more proactive during the first phase to ease the setup. Overall, it’s a mixed experience: the software has good capabilities but requires patience and some self-learning. The invoicing and sign-up were smooth though, which saved some hassle. I’m hopeful that with time and updates, these gaps will reduce, but for now, there’s a small reservation due to how much I had to work things out myself.
