The moment the labels made sense, almost

At first, I found some of the wording and labels in the training materials a bit confusing. It wasn’t immediately obvious what certain functions did, and some of the terms overlapped in my mind. However, after working through a couple of modules, things started to click. The consistency in the database feature and the dialer interface labels eventually made the software easier to understand. That said, the initial lack of clarity caused me a little hesitation. On one hand, I appreciate the detailed explanations once I got past the first steps, but on the other, the early ambiguity could be frustrating for newcomers. By mid-training, I felt I grasped the key points well enough to navigate independently. So while it wasn’t a seamless experience at first, I ended up feeling reasonably confident with the terminology and tool functions by the end.
