The moment the labels made sense
When navigating the pre-purchase information, I initially found some of the labels and descriptions a bit abstract. It wasn’t immediately obvious what certain options entailed, especially around the database features and calling tools. However, as I spent more time exploring the materials and clicked through the software demo, it started clicking. The labels became clearer once I saw them in action and understood the workflow context. It still would have been helpful to have tooltips or brief explanations on the interface itself to avoid that initial confusion. But I can’t say it was a big hurdle—more of a subtle thing that made the experience smoother over time. So overall, I think the wording was effective enough, just with some room for small improvements that would make new users feel more confident right away.
