At first, I found some of the wording and labels within the software a bit confusing, especially around the database and the calling tool sections. It took me a couple of days trying to navigate those features and attending the training before the connections started falling into place. The onboarding flow helped, but some terms weren’t immediately intuitive for me. However, during a telephonic support call, it clicked when the representative explained certain labels in a way that related directly to my workflow needs. Once that happened, using the dialer and understanding how automatic updates affected my dashboard became much easier. Signing up and handling invoicing also felt more straightforward in context, since the terminology aligned better with the software’s actual functions. While it wasn’t an immediate comprehension, that moment when the labels started making sense made all other software exploration smoother and less frustrating. From then on, I felt more confident progressing through the training and exploring new features as they updated regularly.
