The moment the doubts began
Reflecting on my experience with the pre-purchase sales and onboarding, I remember the moment when confidence started to wane. Initially, the sales process was promising, and the sign-up and payment procedure appeared smooth. However, as I progressed into the training and software access, I noticed gaps in clarity about what exactly the platform offered. During the telephonic support calls, I sometimes felt the answers were vague and repetitive without real resolution. I also found myself uncertain if the automatic updates would improve functionality or potentially disrupt my workflow. The database feature interface was clunky and not intuitive, which caused further hesitation. On the other hand, the dialer tool did operate as advertised for the limited testing I did, so I can say that at least part was fine. Despite this, by the end of the process, the overall feeling was more uncertainty than assurance. The steps felt disjointed, and my questions often went unanswered. I think if clearer, more confident guidance was provided upfront, the doubts could have been avoided entirely. Right now, the moment when things clicked confidently just didn’t come for me.
