The moment the database feature finally made sense
Starting to use the software, the training offered was fairly comprehensive but not immediately intuitive. It took me a few days of going through onboarding videos and testing features like the calling tools and dialer before things started to click. Particularly, the database feature was confusing at first because I wasn’t sure how it integrated with the dialer and automatic updates. However, once I reached the point where I could see how the database helped organize client information and streamline calls, a clear understanding emerged. The invoicing and payment processes were neatly handled at sign-up, which removed some early concerns. Automatic updates kept the software current without any disruption. The telephonic support was available and useful, but I mostly relied on self-driven learning during the early days. Although the initial period was a bit slow, the confidence and efficiency I gained after that moment made it worthwhile. Overall, the onboarding had its challenges, but the moment of clarity around key features was satisfying and set me up for consistent use.
