The moment the access protocol confused me
I remember the exact point where I realized the software wasn't exactly intuitive for me. Initially, setting up remote access felt straightforward because the onboarding flow guided me through the basics, but halfway through, I hit a snag with the dialer tools. Sometimes calls wouldn't connect properly, which made me wonder if I’d need to reach out for support again next time. On the plus side, the database feature is well-integrated, and updates rolled out automatically without much hassle, which was a relief. Signing up and handling invoices was smooth enough, but I wasn’t completely confident in navigating the training modules. Reflecting now, I see that while parts worked fine, others left me hesitant. Overall, I think I'll probably need assistance again when I use the system next, especially if there are new features to learn or if the dialer issues resurface during my workflow.
