The moment support let me down was frustrating
I encountered a problem with the software that really disrupted my workflow, and the moment I realized the support wouldn’t resolve it quickly was disappointing. Initially, the telephonic support tried to guide me through the issue and seemed somewhat helpful, but the communication felt procedural and indirect. I had to explain the problem multiple times as if they weren’t noting the details properly, which only added to my frustration. There was a point where I thought they might escalate or offer a workaround, but that never happened, and the problem lingered. Comparing the time I spent trying to fix things myself versus the support’s actual assistance, I found the balance heavily skewed towards me doing most of the work. In the end, the service didn’t deliver the smooth help I hoped for when something went wrong, making the entire experience quite discouraging and less than satisfactory for me.
