The moment setup clicked, almost seamless, with one small pause
When I started using the software, setting up seemed a bit daunting because of the many components like the dialer and database. I was unsure at first how much ongoing tweaking would be needed versus setting it all up once and just using it. But after the initial phase, I realized that most of the heavy lifting indeed happens at the very start — getting the database prepared and dialer configured took some time, but then the workflow became smooth. I did notice the automatic updates sometimes adjusted layouts slightly, which needed a quick review, but that wasn’t disruptive. There was one moment when the calling tools seemed to glitch during an important session, which caught me off guard, but the telephonic support helped me get back on track quickly. That experience made me appreciate how stable the setup is after the first few days. Overall, the transition was more one-off than ongoing, with only minor ongoing checks. That’s when it really clicked for me.
