The moment repetition stopped really helped
In the initial training sessions, I remember feeling a bit stuck because of too much waiting between the modules, especially when we were supposed to practice using the dialer. It felt like the system was just slowing down and I had to keep refreshing or wait for ages for the next step. But once we got past that repetitive waiting phase, things really smoothed out. The rest of the onboarding was quite seamless, though I can't recall all the details clearly now as it was a busy week. One part really stood out: the moment I finally got to use the database feature without any forced pauses or unnecessary repeats was very satisfying. It made me feel like I was finally in sync with how the software was supposed to flow. Before that, I was worried I might not get the hang of it quickly enough. Also, the telephonic support was available if I wanted to, but I only needed it once. Overall, the balance between too much waiting at the start and smooth sailing later made a big difference to my experience with WFHI's training.
