The moment onboarding wording didn’t quite work for me
I remember one particular point during the onboarding process when I was trying to understand the flow of tasks described in the training materials. The labels used for the database entries were confusing because they didn't match what I thought they would be called, which made it harder to follow along. Beyond that, the rest of the onboarding was a bit of a blur; I had trouble grasping how some tools were meant to integrate with the training I was receiving. The instructions seemed vague in places, which definitely slowed me down. However, the initial sign-up and payment were quick and straightforward, so there was a clear start at least. Despite the confusing wording, I managed to make some progress, but honestly the whole experience could have been smoother if the labels in the software were clearer and matched the training language more closely. It felt like there was a missed opportunity to make onboarding more intuitive.
