The moment onboarding steps just didn’t add up

I have to say, the sequence of training steps just didn’t make sense to me. You provide a list of tasks during onboarding, but it felt scattered and out of order, which made the whole process confusing. The dialer and calling tools were introduced before the database features, leaving me frustrated because I didn’t have proper contact information organized yet. I will admit the invoicing process was clearly explained, and that was one positive takeaway. But overall, I found myself pausing often, trying to decipher the flow instead of focusing on learning. You definitely need to rethink how the training is structured so users can build knowledge step-by-step logically. Right now, it feels like I was jumping between unrelated tools, which didn’t help with retention or confidence. For a software meant to streamline workflows, the onboarding sequence actually created roadblocks for me.
