Overall, the training and onboarding had both upsides and downsides but I found the order a bit confusing at first. I say this because initially, I started with the database setup which felt overwhelming without having a complete overview of the software capabilities. When I went back and completed the basic training modules first, it felt much more sensible. The dialer tool tutorial was helpful but could have been earlier in the sequence. The automatic updates sometimes interrupted my flow, so a heads up or scheduling them better would improve the experience. The invoicing and payment process was straightforward which made sign-up easy. Support staff were approachable and answered most of my queries well. The onboarding flow is generally logical, but it didn't entirely feel seamless for me until I experimented with the specific order of steps I needed. That moment when I connected how the database integrated with calling tools was the real turning point. It felt like a puzzle finally coming together after a few confusing moments.
