At first, the training and onboarding process felt a bit overwhelming, with so many modules and features to cover. I had to figure out much of the calling tools' setup and database integration on my own, which sometimes made me wonder if I was missing a key part of the training. The initial days involved a lot of trial and error, especially when using the dialer and managing automatic updates that occasionally reset certain settings. However, the moment things clicked was during a longer session with the telephonic support team when they patiently walked me through the invoicing system and how everything tied together. After that, I felt somewhat empowered to manage the software with less hesitation. Still, I’m not sure if the onboarding could be improved by adding more interactive training or clearer step-by-step guides because I spent hours figuring things out that could have perhaps been explained better. I guess for someone new to remote workflow software like this, there will be a learning curve, and I’m just starting to get comfortable with it myself.
