The moment it finally clicked, then bugged out

When I first started using the WFHI software, I found the interface relatively intuitive which made onboarding easier than I expected. The labels for things like the dialer and database were clear, and the training helped set the right expectations. However, there was this one moment when the system crashed right in the middle of a calling session. You didn't have an immediate backup or an offline option, which left me a bit stranded. I had to reboot and lost some work, which wasn't good. While the automatic updates mostly worked fine, one update caused some unexpected changes in the UI that weren't communicated beforehand. On the upside, I appreciated the telephonic support; speaking directly helped clarify many doubts quickly. Billing and payment processes were straightforward, but the initial sign-up felt a bit lengthy. Overall, I see potential here but feel you could improve the handling of errors and updates so users aren't taken by surprise. These kinds of hiccups detract from an otherwise decent experience, and I hope you'll take this feedback seriously.
