The moment it failed to make sense
I was trying to get the dialer set up with my contacts, hoping to streamline calling, but I quickly realized I had to figure out almost everything on my own. The onboarding flow wasn’t really helpful—no guided steps to explain how the database might fit with my calling tools. At one point, I looked at the support FAQ and got tangled in technical terms that didn’t clarify much. I remember a moment when I was supposed to integrate the automatic updates, but the interface was unclear and I wasn’t sure if it even applied to my setup. The telephonic support never felt accessible enough for a quick question, so I ended up fumbling through components with confusion. The sign-up process was straightforward, but after that, the invoicing and payment options left me uncertain about what would come next or if I had done things correctly. Overall, it was a frustrating experience that left me with more questions than solutions, and I had hoped for more clarity during pre-purchase guidance but had to work it all out myself.
