The moment it failed to click was at the training's start
My expectations going into WFHI training were centered on gaining practical skills for remote workflow management, but unfortunately, the experience didn’t match my anticipation. Right at the beginning, during the initial training sessions, the content and delivery felt disconnected from what I imagined. The onboarding flow was quite different from the straightforward, stepwise approach I had hoped for. Instead, I encountered unclear instructions and some inconsistent terminology that made it hard to follow along. As I progressed, I realized that the training did not adequately address how to integrate the calling tools and the dialer within a real workweek. The database feature explanations were vague, and I struggled with setting up the automated updates efficiently. I also found the telephonic support helpful in theory but limited in practice due to delays in response. The sign-up and payment processes were smooth enough, but that felt like the only straightforward part. While the software itself seemed robust, the onboarding didn’t provide me the clarity or confidence I needed to use it effectively. It was disappointing that a program meant to train didn’t align well with my way of working or my learning expectations. The moment it would have clicked for me just never came, leaving me unsure whether I could fully benefit without additional guidance. Overall, the mismatch between my expectations and the actual content made the experience frustrating rather than empowering.
