The moment it didn’t quite become clear
From my first interaction with the software, I was trying to understand how the multiple components would work together. The training outlined the purposes of database features and calling tools adequately, giving me a general idea of what I could expect. However, when it came to the finer points such as how automatic updates would affect ongoing work or how telephonic support would be coordinated, things became less straightforward. The sign-up and payment process was explained clearly, which was a good start, and I appreciated that invoicing came promptly without much confusion. But the actual use of the dialer sometimes felt restrictive without advanced explanation, and the database management required more intuitive instruction than what I initially received. There was a point where it clicked—in hindsight, once I had used the software for a couple of weeks and figured out some of the manual configurations—but initially, I had to rely heavily on trial and error. Support was available but sometimes only after multiple attempts. Overall, the experience was mixed; clear in parts but lacking in the seamlessness I might have hoped for at the outset. I can see the value, but the way some details were communicated could have been more straightforward.
