The moment it didn’t click, unfortunately
When I first signed up with WFHI, I had hoped the onboarding process would be straightforward. Unfortunately, it took much longer than I anticipated to get things moving. The software promised to simplify remote workflows, but configuring it to suit my needs felt unnecessarily complicated. The calling tools and dialer seemed promising at first, yet I faced repeated issues integrating them with my existing database. Each attempt to resolve these problems led back to the same confusing instructions, making me question if I would ever get properly set up. The automatic updates, instead of easing the process, sometimes reset certain preferences, which meant I had to re-enter data more than once. On the other hand, the telephonic support was patient and tried to assist, but the delays and technical jargon left me frustrated rather than confident. I wanted to find real value here, yet the drawn-out sign-up and invoicing processes only added to my hesitation. Reflecting on my experience, I can’t say there was a clear moment when everything finally clicked for me. Instead, it remained a tedious journey that did not match my expectations or needs, leaving me quite dissatisfied.
