The moment it didn’t click: onboarding was confusing, training less helpful
My expectations before starting were that the training and onboarding process would be straightforward and align closely with the needs of my remote workflow. However, as I proceeded through the training modules, I realized that the content didn’t match up with what I was told. The onboarding flow made it hard to keep track of which steps were complete, and sometimes the dialer tools instructions felt incomplete. The database management section, which I thought would be very detailed, seemed quite basic and not suited for the complexity of my work. Although the automatic updates kept the software current, they sometimes changed features I had just learned without adequate notice. I did appreciate the telephonic support when I called, but it wasn’t available immediately every time and that affected my confidence. Overall, it took me much longer than expected to feel comfortable using the system, and frankly, the moment something clicked just never really came.
