The moment it didn’t click for me was the waiting on support calls
From the start, I expected telephonic support to be a helpful part of this whole remote workflow setup, but unfortunately, it didn’t work out that way for me. Each time I called, I found myself stuck in long waits or being asked to repeat my problem several times to different people. This repetition just made me feel like I wasn’t really being heard, and the waiting only added to my frustration, making the whole experience more tiring than it should have been. I tried to stay patient, but after multiple attempts, it became clear that the communication system wasn’t as responsive as I hoped. Additionally, the onboarding and training materials were there but needed me to figure out quite a lot by myself. The automatic updates kept coming, which affected the dialer during calls sometimes, and meant I had to pause work more than I expected. When it all didn’t click with the support or the timing of updates, I felt the product didn’t suit my immediate needs. I wanted something more streamlined and faster when I reached out — instead, I mostly ended up waiting and repeating myself.
