The moment it clicked was when training covered ongoing updates
At first, the sales and pre-purchase phase was a bit unclear because I wasn’t sure which parts of the setup were one-off and which required ongoing attention. The signing up and initial configuration felt like a one-off effort; I completed my profile, set up the dialer, and loaded in data once. But then I realized that the system’s automatic updates meant that every week or so I would need to check new features or adjusted workflows. This felt a bit like ongoing maintenance rather than a straightforward system install. The training helped by clarifying that these updates were intended to improve remote workflow efficiency, which made the subscription feel more valuable rather than a one-time product. That was the moment it clicked for me — understanding that using the software well would need ongoing engagement. However, the initial sales phase hadn’t prepared me fully for that, so my expectations were adjusted mid-process. Both aspects have pros and cons: one-off setup saves time at start, but continuous updates can be both helpful and occasionally distracting.
