The moment it clicked was half-way through support calls
Initially, I thought the process would be straightforward enough, given the training and software features described. The dialer and calling tools worked well enough, and the database feature fit reasonably with my workflow. However, when I first tried to figure out some deeper settings, it wasn’t immediately obvious how things should be configured. The telephonic support was available, and while they were helpful, there was a balance between needing to think things through myself and getting direct answers. The moment it truly clicked was around the middle of my support calls when a clear explanation helped me understand what was going on behind the scenes and set things properly. After that, subsequent interactions felt much smoother, and the automatic updates didn’t disrupt anything. So while the initial learning curve was a bit steep, the mix of self-work and support ended up being effective enough.
