The moment it clicked was a while away
I was honestly expecting the training and onboarding to be a bit more structured, but I ended up figuring out a decent amount by myself. The initial video sessions gave a broad overview, which was okay, but the details were definitely lacking when it came to using the dialer and managing the database effectively. Sometimes I had to play around with settings or reach out to support to understand certain functionalities that weren’t clear in the training. Replies from support helped but only after repeated follow-ups. It didn’t feel like the training prepared me fully before getting hands-on with the software. The automatic updates were welcome, but without proper guidance it sometimes felt like new features appeared without me knowing how to use them. Eventually, after several attempts and trial-and-error, things started to come together, although that moment was far later than I had hoped. All told, the training process is okay but it clearly expects you to put in quite a bit of self-study to become comfortable.
