Mujhe support se help chahiye thi, par mujhe baatein baar-baar sunne ko mili. Pehle baar call pe samjhaane mein time laga, phir phir se wahi cheezein batayi. Thoda frustrating tha, par ek cheez thi jo acchi lagi, jo unka basic process tha, wo clear tha. Bas, execution thoda bekar tha.
