the moment it clicked — or almost didn’t
Starting with the training, I quickly realized I had to figure out a lot on my own. The onboarding flow introduced some basics, but it was pretty sparse in real practice. I went through the modules, but many of them felt like overviews without clear, step-by-step instructions for how to use the calling tools or manage the database properly. At first, I tried to follow the online guides, but without interactive feedback it was a struggle. I spent quite some time just poking around the software to figure out what things actually did. There was a moment around the second day, when I finally managed to set up the dialer to connect automatically with contacts from the database—that was when something clicked. Yet, even then, some features like the automatic updates were confusing, as they sometimes changed settings without warning. Telephonic support helped a little, but it was slower than I hoped. I wish the training had offered a more thorough walkthrough of day-to-day operations rather than expecting so much discovery. It was a steep learning curve, leaving me unsettled for a while whether I’d fully get it to work as I needed.
