Reflecting back on my experience with WFHI’s support and communication, I realize that the moment it clicked—the moment I really felt comfortable and confident using their tools—honestly never happened. When I first signed up, I expected the onboarding to be fairly smooth, but it dragged on much longer than I anticipated, and support felt slow to respond at crucial times. Despite repeated calls to their telephonic support, I was left waiting for answers and often had to chase them up multiple times. The training provided didn’t fill the gaps either; it was somewhat generic and not fully tailored to my workflow needs. Even as automatic updates rolled out, they sometimes introduced more confusion than clarity. The invoice and payment process worked fine overall, but that didn’t compensate for the delays and lack of clear guidance in setting up the calling tools and database integration. Looking back, I can see why others might have a better experience, but for me, the whole support and communication experience felt more like a barrier than a help—so that clicking feeling, that moment when everything comes together and makes sense, that moment just wasn’t there.
