The moment it clicked? Honestly, it didn’t.
I decided to give WFHI a shot because I heard about remote workflow solutions, and honestly, I was hoping for a smooth kickoff. But the sales process was sluggish; it took a long time to even get basic info and more than a few follow-ups before I could finally sign up. Once I started, the onboarding was a bit confusing as well, so I didn’t quite feel that instant connection to the platform. The invoicing was clear at least, and making the payment was straightforward, which I can credit WFHI for. But overall, it was frustrating that what should have been a simple start dragged on, and I never really felt like it clicked for me personally in the early stages. Hopefully future updates will fix some of these initial speed bumps, but right now it’s not where I expected it to be.
