The Moment It Clicked for Me Was Early On
When I began the training process with WFHI, I was hopeful but unsure of how long it would take to feel comfortable with the software. The initial sessions were fairly straightforward, and I appreciated the clarity of the instructions. However, there were moments when concepts felt glossed over, and I had to figure things out on my own. It took several days before I understood the full capabilities of the database feature. Once I got a handle on that, it made everything else easier, including the dialer and calling tools. I remember a distinct moment when I was able to successfully navigate a call using the dialer, and it felt like the pieces finally came together. Yet, there were still some complexities that took longer to master, and I think the onboarding could be more streamlined in certain areas. Overall, while I found the training a decent start, I believe there is room for improvement in pacing and depth, which could help users feel more confident sooner rather than later.
